B325
On these pages, the reader will encounter different versions of the B325 publication.
table of contents
- BPT. This is BPT in the Markdown body of the 11ty template. The Markdown itself renders fine (11ty converts it to HTML) but the BPT-specific parts do not. A conversion script will need to be written.
- epub. Sorry, not available yet. I have to create it (i.e., convert it from something, possibly BPT HTML). Then, decide whether to offer it as download, or offer a reader / reading environment.
- image on canvas. Sorry, not available yet. I need to create images, then present them nicely - as a leaf-able book? - on the canvas.
- metabotnik. This is simply an iframe to the Metabotnik site.
- OSD. Sorry, not available yet. I need to create images, put them up on a IIIF server like Cantaloupe, then import a pyramid/layered images in OpenSeaDragon (= OSD).
- PDF. Sorry, not available yet. I need to understand this new PDF viewer better first.
- TEI. Sorry, not available yet. That is, the XML is there, but what to do with it? Convert to HTML? Offer as download?
- text on canvas (experiments). There are basically two experiments going on: on is to produce a text that can be copied, the other to wrap the text in the canvas. (I suppose I ought to write a blog post about the suitability of canvas for the purpose of text editions...)
- text on canvas. Sorry, not available yet....
There is a 10th page, testing123. It also contains text on canvas, this time using the Fabric.js library. It is very promising; much better than my own laborious attempts at wrapping, paragraph position, etc.
